The Allendale Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center
is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering a high level of medical attention;
24-hour nursing care; rehabilitation as needed; and an array of social and

Medicare/Medicaid approved facility that prides itself on the highest standards
